• Poses a privacy or security risk to any person.
• Seeks to provide medical, legal, financial or tax advice
• Constitutes sexual harassment or sexually explicit content.
• Constitutes sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, including sharing child sexual exploitation or abuse imagery or content, grooming, or sexual extortion.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate for any reason, in our sole discretion.

• Warranties that the service will meet your requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Open Souls, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Open Souls, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service using your account.

Termination
